Meet Michelle
Michelle Wong is a mindset and emotional health coach who works with growth-oriented individuals seeking to break free from troubling feelings and thoughts, helping them achieve peace and contentment and having emotional harmony in their lives.
Michelle believes that everyone has the potential to create positive change, regardless of their current circumstances, and specializes in helping people to use their negative emotions to their advantage. Her clients have undergone significant transformations, breaking free from negative thought patterns and developing profound self-worth, clarity, and inner strength, leading to lasting peace in areas that were once clouded by negativity.
Michelle’s distinctive coaching approach blends emotional insight with a structured, analytical perspective, drawing on 16 years of experience transforming negative feelings and thoughts and principles from A Course in Miracles. This unique combination allows her to guide clients toward clarity, self-worth, and lasting peace.
Outside of her passion for coaching, Michelle loves travelling and exploring new cultures, especially through food. She enjoys discovering unique flavors, trying out local dishes, and sharing meals with others, believing that food is a wonderful way to connect with different cultures and experiences.
